Grow your profits with the Renewable Heat NY Program – Training by John Siegenthaler, P.E.

After several years of development and anticipation, the New York State Energy Research & Development Authority (NYSERDA) rolled out the full details of the Renewable Heat NY program this past July. This program provides significant financial incentives (up to $8,000) for customers converting to high-efficient, low-emission wood boilers and/or replacing their older and inefficient outdoor wood boilers with this advanced technology. Please see the attached program General Fact Sheet.

Econoburn is currently one of only two advanced cordwood boilers that qualify under this program. This program also includes advanced Pellet Boilers and Pellet Stoves which may also be of benefit to your business.

To ensure the success of this innovative program, NYSERDA requires that installers desiring to participate in this program complete specific training for biomass boiler installations. These 1-day training events have been created by and will be conducted by John Siegenthaler, P.E. of Appropriate Designs in Holland Patent, NY.

The next regional training school will be held in the western region of the state on:

Tuesday April 8, 2015 8:00am to 5:00pm

Holiday Inn – Downtown Binghamton – NY.

For registration details see:

We highly encouraging everyone to attend this training session so that you can begin conducting installations as soon as possible to meet consumer demand generated by NYSERDA’s aggressive marketing efforts. In fact, Econoburn will credit you the class fee.  If you’ve missed the other regional schools we hope you’ll seriously consider attending this one. It will prove to be a great opportunity to bolster your hydronics knowledge and future profits as well!

Please do not hesitate to call with any questions.
